1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, platforms, and services operated by Tixe World Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation. By accessing or using any Tixé property, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Software Licensing & Intellectual Property
All source code, designs, trademarks, brand assets, and content across the Tixé ecosystem — including Tixé Arcade, RowApp, Qiblafy, AgrowFields, CoIRC, Auwai, and El Cielo — remain the exclusive property of Tixe World Inc. or its respective partners and licensors. Where access is granted, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of our software except as expressly permitted in writing.
3. Acceptable Usage
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to interfere with, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or networks. Prohibited activities include automated scraping without consent, distribution of malware, harassment or abuse of other users, misrepresentation of identity, and any use that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for conduct that harms the platform, our users, or our partners.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tixe World Inc., its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Tixe World Inc. in the twelve months preceding the claim.
5. External Links & Venture Portfolio
Our sites reference and link to ventures, client projects, and third-party websites within and beyond the Tixé portfolio. Products at differing maturity stages — including beta, pre-alpha, and pipeline properties — may change, pause, or be withdrawn without notice. Tixe World Inc. is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party or client-operated sites, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
