We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, organization, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the content of proposals or enquiries you submit. We also collect limited technical data automatically, including device type, browser, approximate region, referring pages, and aggregate usage metrics collected through cookies and similar technologies. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
3. Payment Card Data Processing
Tixe World Inc. does not store, process, or transmit raw payment card numbers on its own servers. All card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Card data is captured directly by Stripe's hosted and tokenized payment fields, and Tixe World Inc. receives only non-sensitive transaction metadata such as the last four digits, card brand, authorization result, and billing reference. Our systems and integrations are maintained in alignment with applicable PCI-DSS requirements for merchants using an outsourced payment environment.
4. Data Usage & Protection
We use collected information to deliver and improve our services, respond to enquiries and proposals, issue invoices and receipts, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. We never sell personal data. Information is stored using industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege administrative access, and is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law.
5. Third-Party Services & International Transfers
We rely on trusted third-party processors for hosting, analytics, communications, and payments, including Stripe and our cloud infrastructure and email providers. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments. Because Tixe World Inc. operates globally, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States and other jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country of residence. Where required, we implement appropriate contractual safeguards for such transfers.
6. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
